Who it’s for

One-year term
Your membership is valid for one year from your enrollment date.
Family eligibility
Dependent children under 18 in the same household, plus spouses.
Can’t be combined
Cannot be used with insurance or other offers, and cannot be prorated if you obtain other coverage later.
Renewing after a lapse
Memberships renewed after expiring are subject to a $25 reactivation fee (individual) or $50 (family).
